Are you looking for something romantic to read this Easter? Well then, you are in the right place. While there are actually a number of romances set in the Spring, it can be a bit harder to find romance with more of an Easter vibe. However, we made it happen.
After reading these three romance books with an Easter time setting, we couldn't help recommending these to people who love a good romantic escape.
3 Easter romances to fall in love with
Run, Little Bunny by Serena Pier
Run, Little Bunny is a Novella with an age gap and friends-to-lovers trope bringing the heat. I appreciated the fact that this could be read on its own, but you definitely recognize other characters if you’ve read the rest of the series. This is book 4 of six, but if you just want the Easter vibe, then you don’t need to worry about reading the others.
Now I would not say that this is an overly spicy book. In fact, I think this is more on the sweeter side. However, this was really entertaining and I found it to be a lot of fun. I just think if you’re looking for a quick read, this is the way to go.
A Sugarloaf Easter by Rosemary Whittaker
If you are looking for a sweet, second-chance romance, then that’s exactly what you will get with this book from Rosemary Whittaker. If you have seen any of my book recommendations in the past, you will know that I love books that feature recipes and food. I love settings like bakeries and restaurants, and you definitely get that with this particular book. It is book five of eight in the Sugarloaf bakery series. So yes, there is a bakery in this read.
I will say, there was a scene or two that felt a little bit too long. But overall, I enjoyed this book. It wasn’t a spicy romance. And it did not need to be.
Holy Shift by Carrie Pulkinen
If you enjoy paranormal romances, then you definitely want to give this one from Carrie Pulkinen a try. I have to say that this is a romantic comedy with a paranormal twist. The whole point is that they need to save Easter. We have an angel and a rabbit shifter as our leads in this romance. And honestly, that’s a combination I never saw coming.
I really found this book to be a lot of fun. And I really appreciated the humor and sass that we got. I love a good paranormal romance, and clearly this author understands how to make that happen. The setting of New Orleans really adds a little bit extra because it almost acts like an another character in the story.
After reading this one, I would totally go back and read more of this authors work. And I should know that this is technically book number eight of the New Orleans Nocturnes series so there’s plenty of other interesting adventures if you want to look beyond Easter..
