I don’t know about anyone else but it felt like February just flew by. February had a lot of new releases for the fantasy readers—which I am myself—and also lots of exciting contemporary romance releases! March is set up to be another big release month for readers, and as a huge fantasy/romantasy lover, I am particularly looking forward to the fantasy books we are being blessed with. I have compiled a list of 5 of my most anticipated fantasy releases for the month of March, but keep in mind this isn’t all of them!
1. Nightweaver by R.M. Gray
A YA story about a strong heroine seeking revenge for the death of her brother. Featuring magic, forbidden romance, enemies-to-lovers, and a twisty plot, this is perfect for the fantasy lovers!
2. Fable for the End of the World by Ava Reid
A sapphic dystopian romance that follows an assassin seeking redemption and her mark who wants nothing but survival. This forbidden love story follows two characters who can’t be together, but can they avoid falling in love despite what society tells them?
3. Our Infinite Fates by Laura Steven
This is a unique story about two souls that are continuously reincarnated throughout the years after killing each other in every lifetime. The main character is trying to save her sister in her current lifetime, which means staying alive long enough to finally hunt the man who keeps killing her and put an end to their age-old cycle.
4. The Rivaled Crown by Holly Renee
In the sequel to The Veiled Kingdom, we are promised more secrets, more tension, and more scorching romance from the main characters. The series follows a princess seeking refuge from her tyrant father, the King. In order to protect herself, she joins the rebels who don’t know who she really is. With a budding romance between her and the son of the rebellion, she must choose between defending her kingdom or being part of the rebels who seek to tear it down.
5. Sunrise on the Reaping by Suzanne Collins
Readers who have been fans of The Hunger Games since its release have been eagerly awaiting Haymitch’s story, and Suzanne has finally delivered. This book, set many years before the events of The Hunger Games, follows Haymitch and his journey in the fiftieth annual Hunger Games. Twice as many tributes are chosen for the Quarter Quell, to commemorate 50 years of the games, increasing the stakes of the already very deadly games.
