Wednesday is easily one of the most beloved shows on Netflix. However, we still have a bit of wait for the next season and Penguin Random House wanted to fix that.

The publishing house decided to team up with Amazon MGM and work on a line of Wednesday-centric titles. Thankfully, these titles appeal to viewers of all ages from those who grew up with The Addams Family and others who only recently learned about Wednesday.

Either way, you're bound to find something to help you fill the gap of Wednesday until it returns for Season 2. Given that the show began filming in May 2024, it's unlikely we'll see anything until at least 2025.

Regardless, this new line is the ultimate waiting buddy to make sure you don't forget about your favorite goth girl, or at least until Jenna Ortega makes her appearance in Beetlejuice Beetlejuice.

Starting in July, we'll get our first batch of Wednesday-themed books. On July 2nd, there are two Wednesday releases coming out. First is the I Am Wednesday (Little Golden Book) which is honestly so cool to see. Second is the Wednesday: Official Coloring Book which is illustrated by Mike Meskin and seems like the perfect thing to help you pass the time as you wait for Season 2.

Skipping ahead to the fall season, Penguin Random House is releasing two Wednesday-centric titles in September. First is Wednesday: A Novelization of Season One by Tehlor Kay Mejia which is being released on September 3rd. Whether you want to revisit season one or have a middle-grade reader in your life, this is an option. The other release is The Official Wednesday Cookbook which is coming out on September 17th, 2024. This will feature the "woefully weird recipes of Nevermore Academy" and given how the cover looks, it's bound to be tasty.

Last but not least, the final Wednesday title set for publication in 2024 is Wednesday: The Official Nightshade Society Journal. This will be released on October 1st, 2024, and is "a journal for writing, drawing, coloring, and more." As you can see, Penguin Random House is catering to every single part of the Wednesday audience so if you enjoy the show, you'll be able to find a title that works perfectly for you this spooky season.
