The late tech icon, Steve Jobs, popular for founding Apple, is a name many across the globe are familar with. While Jobs was alive, he was crucial in the success Apple achieved and many spoke highly about his work ethic that led to the company's success. Over the years, a lot has been written about Jobs.

In his autobiography written by Walter Isaacson, Jobs spoke about his reading habits. He also mentioned that he loved reading books outside the technology sphere.

Apart from this, another book that remained close to Steve Jobs was "Zen Mind, Beginner's Mind" by Shunryū Suzuki. This book profoundly impaced Jobs, and he even considered making a life-changing decision due to it. However, the Apple icon was advised against it. Revealing the story, Jobs told Isaacson:

""Zen has been a deep influence in my life ever since. At one point I was thinking about going to Japan and trying to get into the Eihei-ji monastery, but my spiritual adviser urged me to stay here (in California).""

In an interview in 2011, Wozniak revealed that the book titled "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand inspired Jobs a lot. Wozniak said:

""Steve was very fast thinking and wanted to do things, I wanted to build things. I think 'Atlas Shrugged' was one of his guides in life."
